Mike, I would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and making this process as simple as possible during this difficult time for my family.  We met with the Title Co. yesterday and completed the closing paperwork.  She will be meeting with my sister today and should be ready to proceed very soon. It has been a pleasure working with you during this process. Thank you!
